Event Overview 

IDEA (Increasing Diversity in Entrepreneurial Activities) hold a book club event each term, bringing together like-minded people to discuss a chapter and network. Previous book club events have been led by Professor Abigail Williams, Professor of Eighteenth-Century Studies and Associate Head of Research for the Humanities Division, St Peter’s College, University of Oxford. Books discussed have included Invisible Women: Data Bias in a World Designed for Men’ by Caroline Criado Perez and The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot. 

Who can attend 

The IDEA book club is open to University members and alumni.
