Programme Overview

The IDEA (Increasing Diversity in Enterprising Activities) Peer Mentoring programme enables women and non-binary entrepreneurs at various stages to develop their networks, receive expert advice, and form cohorts to provide additional support.

Mentees meet up six times between January and June 2024 and discuss their experiences, foster a supportive community, and exchange knowledge, ideas and networks. The programme takes place on MS Teams and is facilitated by a qualified coach.

Who Can Apply?

The IDEA Peer Mentoring programme is for women and non-binary people only. To be eligible to participate, you must also be a current member of the University of Oxford (student or staff member) or alumni. The programme is open to new or experienced entrepreneurs.
