Dora Handrea, EnSpire Oxford

As Head of EnSpire, Dora leads Oxford’s entrepreneurship hub, bringing together students, staff, alumni, and partners to turn ideas into impact. She works across the University’s divisions, departments, colleges, and companies, and with partners nationally and internationally, to grow a vibrant and collaborative entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Dora has extensive experience in entrepreneurship and innovation leadership across higher education, government, and industry. She has worked internationally – including in the UK, Europe, China, the USA, and South Africa – supporting startup growth, investment readiness, and cross-sector collaboration.


Victoria Porritt

Victoria Porritt, EnSpire Oxford

Victoria oversees the planning and delivery of Oxford’s extra-curricular entrepreneurial training programmes and initiatives.

Victoria holds a degree in Classics and brings over seven years of experience at the University, alongside a professional background in the software industry and extensive work with startups. She is passionate about supporting people to develop entrepreneurial skills, explore new ideas, and launch successful ventures.


Greg Jones

Stakeholder Manager

Greg Jones, EnSpire Oxford

Greg advances equitable, accessible entrepreneurship at Oxford through IDEA: tailored coaching and investment support for women, inclusive society funding, grants for underrepresented founders, and visible role models. He also propels founders beyond the university via EnSpire-led training, partner programmes, and events, connecting teams with best-in-class mentors, investors, and advisors globally.

Before joining EnSpire in January 2025, Greg ran the postgraduate student programme and curated the events for Creative Destruction Lab – Oxford, and spent seven years running his own award-winning immersive events company and food delivery startup in collaboration with a Michelin starred chef.


Emily Parkes

Marketing and Communications Specialist

Emily Parkes, EnSpire Oxford

Emily leads marketing and communications for Oxford’s entrepreneurship hub, working closely with communications teams across the University to help students, researchers, staff and alumni navigate entrepreneurship opportunities. She manages the EnSpire website, social and email channels, brand assets, and internal communications, ensuring clear visibility of events, application opportunities, and key initiatives.

Emily has a background in marketing and communications for HE institutions, global schools groups, and agency portfolios - supporting web migrations, developing content strategies, coordinating multi-channel campaigns, and managing social media and design. Her focus is clear, audience-led storytelling within complex, multi-stakeholder settings.

Diana Lee

Events and Marketing Coordinator

Diana Lee, EnSpire Oxford

Diana helps to bring Oxford’s entrepreneurial community to life by organising events that inspire, connect, and support students, staff, and alumni. She also assists with EnSpire’s communications and marketing, helping to share opportunities and stories across the community. Diana's role is all about creating welcoming spaces where ideas can grow, collaborations can spark, and founders feel supported on their journey. Diana is particularly interested in social innovation and projects that create positive impact.

Natalia Shimokhina

Data Analyst

Natalia Shimokhina, EnSpire Oxford

Natalia is responsible for data collection, analysis and reporting for EnSpire and leads the development of data processes and governance to ensure accuracy and consistency.
